Eligibility:
The campaign is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants must be CURRENT students of the University of Hawai‘i. Employees of the Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must sign up for the PACE newsletter through the provided link during the campaign period and follow the PACE Instagram @ pacehawaii.
For extra entries: 1) Tag 3 friends on our newsletter campaign post on Instagram or 2) reshare any of our newsletter campaign posts. Participants may have a total of three entries.
Prize:
The prizes are a pair of AirPods Pros or a JBL Stereo. There will be FOUR (4) winners selected at the end of the campaign period (09/13/2024). Please schedule a time and day to pick up your prize at BUSAD E402, more information will be provided to the selected winners via email.
Winners Selection and Notification:
The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the campaign period. The winners will be notified via email within one (1) week after the campaign period ends. The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. The Campaign starts on August 17, 2024 to September 12, 2024.
Prize Conditions:
The prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
PACE reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
Publicity:
By entering the campaign, participants agree to allow PACE to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
PACE reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct that is deemed inappropriate, unethical, or illegal.
PACE is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may result in entries being lost, damaged, or incorrectly submitted.
By participating in the campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless PACE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from their participation in the campaign or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will be handled in accordance with PACE’s privacy policy.
Governing Law:
The campaign and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai’i. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawai’i.
