Marisa Tottori

Marisa Tottori is a first-year Global MBA student at the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. She grew up in Mililani on O’ahu and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Portland in 2017, where she majored in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management and minored in Sustainability. During her junior to senior year of undergrad, she was the Sustainability Intern at Craft Brew Alliance where she worked with the Sustainability Manager on different company initiatives and a Life Cycle Analysis study for a Kona Longboard Lager. Post graduation she was the Logistics Coordinator and Product Buyer at OrePac Building Products, a family owned building materials distribution company in Wilsonville, Oregon. Currently she works as the Cost Analyst at HPC Foods, a family business in Honolulu, Hawaii where she is responsible for overseeing price maintenance of products and data analysis projects.
