Davis Hawkins has pursued an international career across a variety of industries and geographies. Prior to relocating back to Hawaii, Davis led the Technology Practice between India and China based in Singapore as a Partner with Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest senior-level executive search firm. Before moving to Singapore, Davis was based in New York with Spencer Stuart, the largest privately-owned executive search firm. His focus was on Wall Street and cross-cultural senior-level recruiting between Asia and North America. Davis moved to Spencer Stuart from a boutique New York executive search firm for which he opened an office in Tokyo.
Earlier in his career, Davis held management positions in corporate and international banking. During his thirteen years in banking, Davis executed internationally-based positions in Kobe, Osaka, Tokyo and Seoul, followed by corporate banking assignments in New York for Bank of America and Security Pacific National Bank.
As a Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, Davis served at the Headquarters, United States Army Pacific, Ft. Shafter. Having returned to Hawaii and completed a Top Secret security review, Davis is currently engaged in federal national security investigations.
Raised in California and Japan, Davis is a graduate of Stanford University.
