Cindy Matsuki is the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program manager for INNOVATE Hawaii. She previously held the role of Economic Development Specialist for HTDC, coordinating outreach events and workforce development programs. Her previous experience also includes business development at Oceanit Laboratories Inc., where she learned the tech ecosystem landscape. She holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University as well as an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
