LEVEL UP WORKSHOP

PACE HOSTS LEVEL UP WORKSHOPS ON VARIOUS TOPICS OF INTEREST THAT ARE RELEVANT TO STUDENT ENTREPRENEURS. WE WELCOME STUDENTS FROM ALL FIELDS OF STUDY TO JOIN US AND LEARN SOMETHING NEW TOGETHER!

Each event features a member of the community who has expertise in a specific industry. Level Up Workshops offer the opportunity for students to learn together and meet new people in a safe environment. Events are free and open to all UH System students and faculty.

This workshop series is funded through a generous anonymous gift dedicated to the memory of two foundational figures in our business community:

Dr. Frederick D.S. Choi and Mr. Allen Yamada

A UH Mānoa alumnus (BBA, MBA) and Distinguished Alumnus awardee, Dr. Choi served as Chair of Accounting at UH – where he helped establish the School of Accountancy – before becoming Dean Emeritus and Distinguished Service Professor at NYU Stern School of Business. Mr. Yamada served as past University Auditor, dedicating his life to mentoring and supporting countless accounting students toward highly successful careers. We are deeply grateful for this support, which allows us to carry forward their shared commitment to student mentorship and excellence.
