Alvin Miyasato received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hawai‘i and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. This combined education provided a strong basis to grow a 25+ year career at Intel, holding 12 different jobs of increasing responsibilities. Alvin has served as the Head of Intel Philippines (a subsidiary covering 2500+ employees), Country Finance and Administration Head of Intel Japan (a $2 billion revenue unit), Global Head of Intel’s Communication and Infrastructure Group (a portfolio of eight separate business divisions with millions of profitability), Regional Asia Head of Intel University (serving over 10,000 employees in 7 countries), and Regional Head – Asia Internal Audit (covering 10 campuses focused on Manufacturing, Sales and R&D). The multitude of experiences and cultures provided Alvin with a basis to deal with challenges and take advantage of opportunities to optimize financial performance and growth of talent.

Alvin is currently a certified mentor for SCORE, an SBA resource partner.
