CPB Foundation – Scholarship for Entrepreneurship

Made possible by the Central Pacific Bank Foundation.

Explore your entrepreneurial passions and learn more about Central Pacific Bank’s WE by Rising Tide program and The Women Entrepreneurs Conference. This scholarship is available to those with junior-level standing or higher, including graduate students, that are pursuing their passions through entrepreneurship.

PACE Leaders

Join our community of student leaders! PACE Leaders​ work together to​ coordinate various programs, events and activities that engage students from all disciplines of study. Benefits include scholarships and awards from $1,000 – $6,000 (for those eligible) and the opportunity to learn project management, event coordination, marketing, and more. No experience in entrepreneurship or business is required.

Application Window: All of the PACE Leaders positions are currently filled, except for the Maker program. If you have particular interest in joining the Maker team, please apply at the link.

Pi‘i A‘e Scholarship

Made possible by Kamehameha Schools

Explore your passions, connect with peers and rise to your full potential with the Pi‘i A‘e college scholarship. This scholarship is available to haumāna of all majors attending UH Mānoa and living at the Residences for Innovative Student Entrepreneurs. Be a part of this new, innovative community and apply today!

James P.D. Thropp Scholarship for the Shidler-RISE Program

Shidler College of Business students may apply for a $5,000 scholarship to live at RISE, the new on-campus student housing facility at the corner of University Ave. and Metcalf St.

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a degree-seeking academic program at the Shidler College of Business
  • A signed lease to live at RISE (Students are encouraged to apply for RISE concurrently with the scholarship application.)
  • Good academic standing
  • Participation in at least one pre-approved Service to Community and Service to School activity each semester
  • Attendance at a minimum of three PACE activities each semester, exclusive of above activities

Recipients must reside in RISE and may not relet their unit. The scholarship will be processed through the recipient’s MyUH account. Half of the scholarship amount will be disbursed in the Fall semester and the second half will be disbursed in the Spring semester.

Application Deadline: 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2023 HST
