CATHERINE TASCHNER

Deputy Director, City & County of Honolulu Land Management Department

Cat Taschner is the Deputy Director of the City & County of Honolulu’s Department of Land Management. Previously, Cat was a partner at McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon, where she concentrated her practice on complex real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use and entitlements, and corporate and securities law.

Catherine is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Business Law Corps, a non-profit organization that provides pro bono legal services to Hawaii’s small business owners and entrepreneurs. She has been recognized by the Hawaii State Legislature, the Hawaii State Bar Association, the Hawaii Access to Justice Commission, and the United States Small Business Administration for her volunteer work with the Business Law Corps.
