PASCUAL, CASTANO

Pascual Castano is a start-up and small business consultant with 15 years of experience in both private and non-profit sectors. He started his career as a fashion entrepreneur in his hometown Medellin, Colombia and then moved to New York City, where he worked as a Business consultant at the Brooklyn Small Business Development Center (NYSBDC) educating entrepreneurs of all ages to navigate the challenges of starting and scaling a new business. While in New York, he also worked for two international NGOs: Seeds of Peace (SOP) and PCI Media Impact (PCI).

Pascual is passionate about the intersection between Entrepreneurship, Education, and design and his areas of expertise are business planning and innovation strategy. Pascual has his B.S. in Business from EAFIT University in Colombia and his MA in International Education from New York University.
