JILL FUKUMOTO

Jill Fukumoto was born and raised in Mililani, Hawaii and attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison where she studied Communication Arts and Marketing. Since returning home she has held positions in Marketing and Operations at HomeStreet Bank and L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Franchise Inc. where she honed her expertise in customer experience and project management.

Jill founded Poha School of Real Estate in 2024 with the goal to provide local and relevant licensing and continuing education courses to real estate professionals in Hawaii to enhance the quality of Hawai’i’s housing industry.

Her passion for nurturing her culture and community in Hawaii lead her to co-founding the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii’s (CCCH) Young Professional’s and is currently a Board of Director of CCCH, a Trustee for the United Chinese Society (UCS), Co-Chair of UCS NexGen, and a member of the 3rd cohort of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Entrepreneurial Exchange Program. She is also an active member of the Wahine Freelance Alliance.

In her spare time, Jill loves exploring the world with her husband Lee and two dogs, spending time with friends and family, and developing her culinary and baking skills.
