• I agree to sign in at the iPad each time I walk into sPACE.

• I agree to keep a clean work environment.

• I agree to use sPACE to work on collaborative and entrepreneurial projects, and not for personal use.

• I understand that sPACE is meant for common use by all UH students, and agree to behave professionally and respectfully to all others who use it.

• I agree that all equipment in sPACE, such as white boards and flat-panel monitors will be used in a professional manner at all times.

• I agree to immediately inform PACE Staff of any problems with furniture or equipment.

• I agree to not remove any furniture or equipment from sPACE.

• I agree to not hold the University, Shidler College of Business, or Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship liable for loss of software or data on a personal or university computer.

• I agree to not store personal belongings in sPACE, and to not hold the University, Shidler College of Business, or Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship liable for loss of personal items.

• I understand that the 5th floor (E-502) is for administrative staff.

• I shall not be in sPACE between the hours of 12:01 a.m. to 5:59 a.m., per Shidler College of Business building security policies.

• I understand that the rooms are monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day.

• If I have been assigned a door code, I agree to keep my code confidential, and not share it with others.

• I understand that PACE has the right to terminate my access to sPACE at any time.

ADDED FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:

• I will not enter sPACE, if I am feeling ill.

• I agree to have my temperature taken.

• I agree to not bring in guests or allow others to enter sPACE.

• I agree to wear a face covering at all times while working in sPACE.

• I agree to practice social distancing while in sPACE.
