ADRIAN TAN

Adrian Tan is the Senior Vice President, Head of Innovation Accelerator at DBS Bank and is based in Singapore. Previously he worked in Venture Capital Business Development at Amazon Web Services in Singapore, focusing on VCs to help their portfolio companies scale in Fintech, Web3, and GenAI. He was also an Innovation Advisory consultant at AWS, helping enterprises with their digital transformation.

He was also the Head of WeWork Labs in the Asia Pacific, setting up innovation communities in Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and Singapore. In Vietnam, he started the first global accelerator and seed fund in Ho Chi Minh City.

Adrian has an EMBA from the University of Hawai’i and a BA from the National University of Singapore.
