Jing Nealis

Jing Nealis is the Chief Financial Officer of SES AI Corporation (NYSE: SES), a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance lithium-metal rechargeable batteries for electric vehicles and other applications. She led the company through Series D, Series D+ funding and the IPO process, raised $475M within one year.

Jing has over 25 years of experience assisting public and private companies grow their business worldwide. She has led a number of emerging energy transition companies through successful scale-up and commercialization. Jing’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading successful IPOs, executing M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle in domestic and global markets, leading successful green field investments, and optimizing financial management processes in complex global business environment.

She started her career in public accounting at Deloitte, worked in the firm’s offices in Chicago, Shanghai and Hong Kong, and advised multi-national corporate clients on cross-border transactions and tax-efficient supply chain structuring.

She is currently on the board of 1000 Dreams Fund, a non-profit organization that supports dreams of talented young women in need by providing access to critical funding, resources and meaningful mentor relationships.
