Kyle Oura lives in San Francisco and fondly remembers the University of Hawaii at Manoa as the place where he grew the most, from being a student who didn’t want to stick out, to someone who loves to be part of the team leading the way.

His goal is to help students maximize their experience at UH and prepare for a career that includes entrepreneurship.

Career highlights:

• Over 15-years work experience in real estate investment, development, and operations (Prudential Real Estate Investors, Greystar)
• Involved in over 40 real estate investment transactions in excess of $10 billion, including development and asset management for residential, senior living, health care, mixed use, office, retail, and hotel asset types
• Co-Founded companies in senior living and mental health (Vista Living, A&A Senior Living, A&A Health Services), and online virtual services (MemoryVideo.com)
• Senior level roles to date include President, CFO, Development Manager, and Investment Analyst
