Mary Lou Song

Mary Lou Song is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and innovator in the technology startup sector. She has played pivotal roles in early-stage companies across ad tech, media, social networking, and e-commerce, including eBay where she joined the company’s founder as his third employee.

In addition to her tech industry accomplishments, Mary Lou brings more than 20 years of experience in education as an adjunct lecturer. She has taught high school, undergraduate, and graduate students in journalism, entrepreneurship and innovation, and leadership.

Mary Lou is passionate about helping decision-makers develop their leadership skills, build effective teams, and shape their organizations for success.

Mary Lou holds a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University, an M.A. in media studies from Stanford University, and an Ed.D. in leadership and learning in organizations from Vanderbilt University. She lives in Hawaii and enjoys playing golf, making new friends, and spending time with her husband, their three children, and the family’s Bernese Mountain Dog.
