SANJIV NATHWANI

Sanjiv Nathwani is an Independent Strategic Advisor with over 35 years of Senior Executive, Consulting and Venture experience across several industries including Financial Services and High Technology. He has worked closely with Boards of Directors and Senior Leadership teams in developing and implementing enterprise-level innovation and transformation strategies; launching and leading new business areas and ventures.

Sanjiv is a retired Sr. Principal from Deloitte Consulting where he led the Operations Transformation and FinTech practices for Banking and Capital Markets in the US. Prior to that, he led Operations Transformation globally for Goldman Sachs and Technology Transformation for Freddie Mac. Most recently, he helped conceive, launch and lead a Fintech venture focused on innovative AIaaS solutions for core business operations in Capital Markets.

Sanjiv has served as a Senior Strategic Advisor to fast growth technology ventures in AI, Process Automation, SaaS and Cloud spaces. He has a passion for mentoring young leaders and entrepreneurs and is actively involved in understanding and addressing the impact of AI on knowledge work and workforce dislocation.

Sanjiv holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
