SARA LA TORRE

Sara is a systems engineer, entrepreneur, and revenue leader. As a tech startup advisor, she empowers entrepreneurs and early-stage founders to engineer systems that transform their vision into revenue. After graduating with an engineering and business degree from Santa Clara University, Sara spent over a decade in high-growth tech sales in Silicon Valley, working with the best and brightest founders to bring their new technology to established organizations like Cisco, Google, Boeing, Fidelity Investments, Virgin Atlantic, Servco, and the State of Hawaiʻi, among others. Her diverse experience across sales, HR, operations, and systems engineering give her a unique perspective on how to build strong workplace cultures, deeply empathize with customer needs, and turn passion and problems into revenue. Sara grew up on Oʻahu and currently works remotely from her forest farm on Hawaiʻi Island, where her family stewards indigenous plants in a native ʻoʻhia forest.
