She also holds 20 certifications in Technology and Sales, and is certified in Career, Resume, Franklin Covey Leadership Principles, and Executive Coaching.

She is currently CEO/Founder of pondHR, an AI/Intelligence enabled coaching offering for Thriving, Wellness & Workplace Success.
