President and CEO
ProService Hawaii
Ben Godsey serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ProService Hawaii. He is passionate about building ProService into a company that improves the lives of its clients and their employees, so they can build a brighter future for businesses in Hawai‘i together. Since 2005, under Ben’s leadership, ProService has been an advisor to businesses, growing consistently by introducing many first-to-market HR and workforce management innovations to better service Hawai‘i employers. Prior to joining ProService, Ben was the co-founder of Headland Partners, a search fund formed to acquire and run small businesses. Ben received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with high honors and a Bachelor’s Degree in biology from Pomona College.
