MIKI HARDISTY

Miki Hardisty is the Chief Operations Officer of ProService Hawaii. She is responsible for driving world-class operations for ProService’s service teams. This includes leading the technology team to make sure ProService’s technology efforts align always align with still delivering great service and to support clients.

With an extensive background in digital technology, Miki leverages advanced strategic insight and technical expertise to execute her vision and productize data solutions. Her passion is to facilitate innovation and guide organizations towards product and customer-centricity.

Prior to joining ProService in 2020, Miki was the Chief Technology Officer of Jack in the Box and her work experience includes leading a Product Management organization at Dell, where she also served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer. Miki has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Washington and a Masters in Data Science and Engineering from the University of California in San Diego.
