ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Steve Haumschild is a talented serial entrepreneur with experiences in many different industries ranging from Tourism, Renewable Energy, Expedition Guiding, Watersports, Micro-brewery, Real Estate, Consulting, Angel Investing, and Manufacturing. He received his Executive MBA from UH Shidler College of Business, Undergraduate degrees in Evolution, Ecology and Organismal Biology from The Ohio State University, as well as a graduate of the Seibel World Brewing Academy for Professional Brewers.

He currently owns and runs Lanikai Brewing Company, Strategic Consulting, Kaiwi Channel Association, and Adventure Expeditions while also mentoring for a number of local companies. He is experienced in risk management and mitigation, strategic development, planning, and problem solving, negotiations, but most peers comment he remains calm under intense pressure and has excellent team building and negotiation skills.
