Melissa Bow is a graduate from Punahou and Creighton University. She has a doctorate in Physical Therapy, a lifetime of culinary knowledge and skill in the kitchen, and wide ranging interests from growing plants and flowers, art, photography, graphic design, sewing, building, and basically everything creative. Via Gelato is a Kaimuki gathering place. Folks gather over their thoughtful and creative flavors made in their scratch kitchen.
