ENTREPRENEURSHIP LIVE WITH KINI ZAMORA
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
A third-generation seamstress by familial tradition, Kiniokahokuloa (Kini) Zamora has viewed his world through the eye of a sewing needle since age 10. This hobby turned into a lifestyle when he attended Honolulu Community College’s Fashion Technology program and New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology where he developed his design perspective and polished his skills. He has collaborated with a number of individuals and businesses in the fashion industry in Hawaii and beyond. Kini was a competitor and finalist on Season 13 of Lifetime’s Project Runway where he showed at New York Fashion Week. He then returned home to premiere at Honolulu Fashion Week. Currently, Kini Zamora is the founder of a self-named fashion house.
